Job description
Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Understand company Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all staff follows directions.
Taking utmost care of Dine-in, Take Away & Home delivery orders & ensure zero missed orders while also maintaining service standards.
Prepare daily duty roaster for the service team in-coordination with captains.
Ensure hygiene & cleanliness is maintained at all times.
Monitor prospects to reduce wastage.
Monitor opportunities to reduce overall cost.
Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
Resolving customers questions and grievances in a skilled manner.
Ensure proper functioning & maintenance of restaurant equipment through regular preventive maintenance.
Resolve Team member conflicts and ensure employee engagement.
