Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Monitor RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
Ensure construction activities comply with applicable IS Codes, approved quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections, material inspections and quality checks in coordination with QA/QC teams.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily progress, maintain site records and prepare progress reports.




Verify construction work against approved structural and architectural drawings.
Support material reconciliation, quantity verification and measurement of executed works.
Identify construction defects, report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements.

Mandatory Experience

Construction execution, high-rise building projects, residential and commercial construction, government/institutional projects, IS Codes and construction quality inspection

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
