Post: Assistant Professor – Business Statistics

Department: Management / Commerce

Key Responsibilities:
Teach Business Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, and Data Analysis to BBA, B.Com, MBA, and M.Com students.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and examination papers.
Conduct practical sessions using Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical tools.
Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and data analysis.
Participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, examinations, and other academic activities.
Provide academic support and remedial classes to students when required.

Required Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Statistics / Applied Statistics / Commerce / Management or a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.




UGC-NET / SLET / SET qualified candidates preferred/required as applicable.
Ph.D. candidates will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of statistical and data-analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, R, or Python.
Positive communication and teaching skills.

Experience:
Teaching experience in a college/university will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000+ per month, depending on qualification and experience.
