Qualification any food technology course completed.
Lead cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and enhance product consistency across all production lines.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budgetary and resource allocation decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with R&D; and product development teams to innovate and improve product offerings that meet market demands.




Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices at all levels of production.
Foster a safety-first culture among all production staff, ensuring the implementation of safety protocols and training programs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions and strategic guidance.
