Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Stock Control: Ensure timely updates in SAP/ERP system for inward and outward material movement.
Documentation: Prepare GRN, issue slips, and maintain daily stock registers.
Coordination: Liaise with procurement, production, and accounts for smooth material flow.
Compliance: Follow company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Audit Support: Assist in internal/external audits by providing accurate records and reports.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management.

Required Skills
ERP/SAP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in SAP B1 or similar inventory software.
Analytical Ability: Solid attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
Problem-Solving: Quick resolution of discrepancies in stock or documentation.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
