We required Documentation Engineer - Machining Development for our company based in Mohali, Punjab

Qualification: - Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years required.

Requirements: ·
Should have experience in Casting Machining (SG & CI).
Machining process development for CNC, VMC & HMC.
Knowledge of process planning, machining parameters, tooling & fixtures.
Should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T;.
Handle recent product development, process trials & validation.
Identify and resolve machining issues, rejection & cycle time improvement.
Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA & Control Plan.

Required Skills –
Hands-on knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machines.
Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures & process optimization.
Understanding of casting machining & inspection requirements.
Problem Solving, Team Handling & valuable communication skills.
Positive hands-on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
