Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our clients' online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing marketplace accounts, product listings, inventory, pricing, orders, sales performance and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and other marketplace platforms.
Create, update and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes and other required information.
Manage product pricing, MRP, selling price, discounts and offers across different platforms.
Monitor orders, inventory, stock availability and product status on a regular basis.
Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding product approvals, listing issues, account issues and operational concerns.
Monitor marketplace sales and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Handle product onboarding and ensure all required information and documents are properly updated.
Monitor returns, cancellations,



inventory issues and customer-related marketplace concerns.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for clients and management.
Track competitor pricing, product listings and marketplace activities.
Work on improving product rankings and visibility through marketplace SEO, keywords and listing optimization.
Coordinate with internal teams for product images, content, pricing, inventory and other marketplace requirements.
Ensure all marketplace accounts and product information remain accurate and up to date.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Instamart and Zepto.
Valuable understanding of product listing, catalog management, inventory, pricing and order management.
Knowledge of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
Valuable understanding of marketplace sales reports and basic data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and marketplaces simultaneously.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
