Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.
Provide information about residential plots, flats, villas, and commercial properties.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable relationships with clients.
Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
Follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in real estate or telecalling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
