Support for Help Desk Application and NMS.  Ensure that Helpdesk operators log tickets for the down devices promptly.  Responsible for SLA tracking and deviations in the SLA  PC/Workstation maintenance  Asset and Inventory management for ICCC.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
