Job Description

We are looking for a smart and experienced Cab Booking Executive to manage online cab booking enquiries, handle customer leads, provide taxi fare quotations, and coordinate bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle online cab booking leads and customer enquiries.
Respond to customers through Website, App, phone calls and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate taxi fare quotations based on distance, vehicle type, and trip requirements.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with drivers and customers for smooth trip operations.
Maintain booking records and follow up with potential customers.

Requirements




Positive computer knowledge and basic MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of taxi fares, cab rental rates, and pricing calculations is essential.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries.
Previous experience in cab booking, travel agencies, or taxi operations will be an advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (based on experience and skills)

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
