Role Requirements / Experience

Experience in residential, commercial/industrial, Medical College construction and greenfield projects. Solid negotiation and vendor-management skills. Experience with inventory systems and material tracking preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Procure construction materials such as sand, cement, steel (TMT), stone chips, bitumen and other project materials.
Handle machinery and material purchases for construction projects, including project/capital procurement.
Complete the PR-to-PO procurement cycle.
Prepare and evaluate comparative statements.
Manage RFQs, tendering and technical/commercial evaluation.
Finalize purchase orders and applicable Incoterms.
Expedite orders and follow up on deliveries.




Develop and manage vendors; negotiate contracts and pricing.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities, alternate sourcing options and supply-risk reductions.
Maintain procurement documentation, MIS and order-status reports.
Conduct market research for cost-effective suppliers.
Maintain records of orders, stock received and vendor payments.
Coordinate with site, store and delivery teams to resolve issues and close orders.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
