Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective clients.
Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned.
Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to support business growth.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Ability to handle calls professionally and meet assigned targets.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary of ₹10,000 – ₹12,000.
