Role: Preschool Teacher

Location: HSR Layout Bangalore

Salary: Market-competitive salary (discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:
Take complete responsibility for the assigned classroom and learning workplace.
Plan and prepare engaging learning activities, teaching materials, and display boards.
Conduct interactive sessions including storytelling, music, arts & crafts, imaginative play, games, early literacy, and numeracy activities.
Support children's holistic development through creative, science, and technology-based learning experiences.
Monitor classroom hygiene, safety, and daily routines while guiding classroom support staff.
Handle parent interactions, conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings, and provide meaningful feedback on each child's progress.
Prepare student reports and portfolios each term.
Ensure the school's curriculum, policies,



and philosophy are effectively implemented.

Eligibility:
Graduate with relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications preferred.
Passionate about working with young children.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
