Job description

The Regional Manager Academics & Support will oversee academic quality and operational support across preschools in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor academic curriculum and programmes across assigned centres.
Guide preschool staff on instructional and teaching best practices.
Ensure adherence to academic standards and processes.
Conduct regular centre visits and review classroom performance.
Analyse academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.
Recommend improvements in teaching and learning processes.
Coordinate training programmes for teachers and support staff.
Address academic and operational concerns raised by centres.
Collaborate with central teams to implement new academic initiatives.
Maintain solid communication with school/centre leaders.
Provide timely feedback and ensure consistent, high-quality preschool experiences across all assigned centres.
Handle and manage regional teams effectively.
Travel frequently across the region for centre visits and reviews

Preferred candidate profile




Solid background in Educational Management and Education, with experience overseeing multiple centres or schools.Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programmes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, school leaders and central teams.
Robust analytical skills to review academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; specialisation in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
Experience in preschool or K–5 academic coordination, training or school administration is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in team handling and people management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining high academic and operational standards
Ability to work independently in an on-site regional role.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
