Position: Telecaller & CRM Executive

Department: Customer Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities
Call existing and potential customers.
Follow up on customer enquiries and leads.
Update customer details and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Schedule showroom visits and maintain customer visit records.
Follow up with interested customers to support sales conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
Maintain daily call reports and submit daily performance updates.
Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned customers.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Malayalam; basic English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
