Attendance Monitoring: Maintain daily attendance, hostel registers, leave records and in/out registers.
Discipline and Conduct: Enforce hostel rules, timings, cleanliness standards and code of conduct.
Food and Hygiene: Monitor food quality, drinking water, sanitation, housekeeping and overall hostel hygiene.
Employee Welfare: Address residents' grievances, personal concerns and welfare requirements promptly and respectfully.
Health and Emergency Support: Coordinate medical assistance during illness or emergencies and inform HR/management when necessary.
Staff Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping, security, kitchen and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hostel operations.
Visitor and Leave Management: Verify leave requests,



maintain parental/guardian communication where applicable, and ensure authorized movement of residents.
Maintenance and Facilities: Identify and report issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, furniture, water supply and other hostel facilities.
Records and Reporting: Maintain hostel occupancy, incident reports, complaints, leave records and other required documentation.
Statutory and Company Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable hostel safety requirements, company policies and labour welfare standards.
