Hiring Senior Telecaller for Jewellery Showroom.
We are looking for experienced and confident candidates with robust communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally
Follow up with customers and leads
Explain offers, schemes, and products clearly
Maintain customer records and daily call reports
Support sales team in customer engagement

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in telecalling or customer service
Tamil speaking mandatory
Hindi speaking preferred
Basic English communication preferred
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge required
