Job Title: Senior Tekla Modeler & Detailer – Steel Structures

We are looking for an experienced Tekla Modeler & Detailer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D modelling and detailing of structural steel projects. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of steel connections, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and clash checking.

Key Responsibilities
Create and check 3D steel structure models using Tekla Structures.
Prepare and check General Arrangement (GA), erection, fabrication, part, and assembly drawings.
Perform clash detection and resolve modelling or design discrepancies.
Prepare Tekla reports, including assembly lists, bolt lists, and part lists.
Generate NC files, Material Take-Off (MTO), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Understand steel connections, fabrication processes, and erection sequences.




Coordinate with client engineers and internal technical teams to resolve design issues and raise RFIs.
Upload Tekla models, final PDF drawings, and other deliverables to the FTP server.
Use AutoCAD and other relevant design tools as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Tekla Structures modelling and detailing.
Robust knowledge of structural steel detailing and connections.
Experience in clash checking and drawing preparation.
Knowledge of fabrication drawings, erection drawings, NC files, MTO, and BOM.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of structural steel design principles and relevant standards.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tekla modelling, steel structure detailing, fabrication, and erection drawings are preferred.
