AVM Labs is seeking dedicated and compassionate Blood Collection Technicians (BCTs) to join our team. We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen client relationships and expand our presence across GCC and Indian markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in building long-term business relationships

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain client records and provide regular business development reports.

Known Languages:

Telugu, Hindi, Kanada, English

Qualification:




DMLT
B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
Allied Health Science graduates (Blood Collection Experience)

Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Experienced phlebotomists are preferred.

Required Skills:
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:
CTC: 3 LPA
Laptop & Mobile Allowance: ■2,000/month (included in salary)
Laptop is mandatory; company does not provide one.
Accommodation and food are not provided.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
