Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site execution activities for a high-rise building construction project. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining quality standards as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on a high-rise building project.
Oversee RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural activities.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Interpret structural and architectural drawings and coordinate the resolution of site-related issues.
Monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other finishing activities.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality checks and concrete testing.
Monitor construction materials,



consumption, and site requirements.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and construction documentation.
Track project progress against planned schedules and report delays to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable quality standards.
Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to support timely project completion.

Required Skills
Practical experience in high-rise building construction.
Knowledge of RCC execution, structural drawings, and finishing works.
Understanding of construction quality control and site documentation.
Solid site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
