Microfinance Branch Manager Job Role A Microfinance Branch Manager oversees the daily operations, team performance, loan portfolios, and community outreach of a microfinance or non-banking financial company (NBFC) branch. Key Responsibilities • Credit and Lending Management: Supervise loan applications, group formations, credit appraisals, disbursements, and recovery processes within defined authority limits. • Portfolio Quality and Risk Control: Monitor delinquency rates, track non-performing assets (NPAs), conduct field and center visits, and enforce internal credit policies. • Branch Operations and Administration: Manage daily office workflows, cash security, ledger maintenance, branch budgets, and operational expenses. • Team Leadership and Staff Development: Lead, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff, delegate field tasks, and conduct performance evaluations. • Business Growth and Client Relations: Drive customer acquisition for microloans and savings products, build ties with local community

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
