We are seeking a proactive and people‑centric Human Resources skilled who can manage end‑to‑end HR operations, drive employee engagement, support business leaders, and ensure seamless HR governance. The ideal candidate should demonstrate robust interpersonal skills, the ability to work with cross‑functional teams, and a solution‑oriented approach to daily HR challenges.

What does the job entail?
Managing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).
Partnering with business teams to understand manpower needs and support hiring plans.
Handling employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.
Driving HR initiatives such as engagement programs, performance management cycles, and policy implementation.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, audits, and documentation standards.
Managing HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting for business reviews.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders (Payroll, L&D;, Recruitment, Admin, IT) for smooth HR operations.
Supporting talent development, capability building, and succession planning exercises.
Leading communication, culture reinforcement, and organizational development activities.





Work Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources (Generalist / Business HR / HR Operations).
Experience in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or large-scale corporate setups preferred.
Prior exposure to employee relations and business partnering roles is an added advantage.

Essential Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Robust understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HR systems/tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HR dashboards, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience in handling large team structures or multi‑location workforce.
Exposure to HRMS platforms (SAP HR, PeopleSoft, Darwinbox, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

High ownership, adaptability, and collaboration mindset.
