Transport Manager – Group of Institutions

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma; Transport or Logistics Management qualification preferred
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in Transport/Fleet Management, preferably in Educational Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire transport operations and fleet across all institutions/campuses.
Plan and optimize bus routes, timings, stops and vehicle utilization.
Ensure timely FC, Insurance, Permit, Tax, Pollution Certificate and other RTO/statutory compliance.
Supervise drivers, conductors, transport coordinators and support staff.
Monitor GPS, vehicle movement, fuel consumption, mileage and maintenance costs.
Plan preventive maintenance and ensure minimum vehicle breakdown/downtime.
Ensure strict student/staff transport safety and discipline.




Handle accidents, emergencies, breakdowns and insurance claims effectively.
Maintain vehicle-wise records, logbooks and monthly Transport MIS.
Monitor transport vendors and outsourced vehicles, wherever applicable.
Prepare and control the annual transport budget and operating expenses.
Coordinate with Management, Administration, Institutions, Parents and RTO authorities.

Preferred: Candidates with solid fleet management, statutory compliance, cost-control and team-handling experience in a educational group.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
