Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant for a jewellery showroom based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST and TDS filing, bank reconciliation, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns within the prescribed deadlines.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.




Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
Maintain proper documentation for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding accounting matters.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Practical experience in GST and TDS return filing.
Positive understanding of bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and ledger management.
Experience in preparing financial statements and maintaining accounting records.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in the jewellery or retail industry will be an added advantage.
