We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken, and persuasive CRM Executive who can engage customers over calls and convert leads into store visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential and existing clients professionally.
Convince customers to visit the store.
Build robust client relationships and follow up regularly.
Schedule and confirm store appointments.
Maintain customer data and achieve conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Impressive speaking style with robust convincing skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Experience in telecalling, CRM, or sales preferred.
Main Goal: Convert customer calls into maximum store visits and sales prospects.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
