Drive branch sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop current customers and expand business in the assigned territory.
Manage and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Build robust relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and B2B customers.
Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer service.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and support timely collections.
Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Head Office teams.
Review branch performance, sales pipeline, collections, and profitability.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare regular sales and branch performance MIS reports.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
