Banking Operations Executive Role overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Banking Operations Executive to support day-to-day branch operations, maintain accurate records, and help ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
Process customer and account-related requests according to bank procedures. Review forms and documents for completeness and accuracy.
Enter and update customer and transaction details in the relevant systems.
Coordinate with branch teams to resolve pending requests and operational issues.
Respond to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.
Maintain records and reports, while following data privacy and compliance requirements. Meet service timelines and escalate discrepancies or unusual activity to the manager.

Relevant experience in banking operations is required.
Robust attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Basic computer skills and comfort using banking or office systems.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
A reliable, customer-focused approach.

Eligibility: Any undergraduate degree with banking operations experience. Salary: Higher than the salary offered for the previous role; exact amount to be confirmed. Gender: Male and female candidates welcome. Location: Across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
