Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in IT business development and online bidding platforms like Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Bid on IT projects through Upwork and other online platforms.
Prepare proposals and generate current business prospects.
Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand IT services.

Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with Upwork or other bidding platforms.
Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Solid negotiation and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
