Telecaller – Hotel Operations
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Kollam
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assist guests with room bookings, inquiries, and service requests.
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure timely guest support.
Follow up on reservations and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Customer-focused with solid problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in hospitality or telecalling is preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
