Job Title: IT Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced IT Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on various IT topics. The candidate will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting training programs, and helping employees or students improve their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on IT concepts such as basic computing, software applications, networking, or programming
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments
Assess trainees’ performance and provide feedback
Update training content based on latest technologies and trends
Provide hands-on practical sessions
Support trainees in resolving technical doubts
Maintain training records and reports

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of IT fundamentals (MS Office, Networking, OS, etc.)




Positive communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Basic knowledge of programming (optional but preferred)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certification in relevant technologies is a plus

Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with training tools or LMS platforms
Knowledge of languages like Python, Java, or SQL
Prior teaching or training experience
