Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to promote and sell new or pre-owned cars. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget.
Explain car models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Generate leads through walk-ins, telephone calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
Arrange test drives and provide product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate prices and coordinate discounts with the Sales Manager.
Explain finance options, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve customer conversion rates.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance,



documentation, and delivery teams.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
Ensure proper documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
Experience in automobile sales or showroom sales is preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of cars, vehicle features, and automobile financing.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
Four-wheeler driving licence preferred, depending on dealership requirements.
