Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech. Chemical
Experience: 7–10 years in Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management Systems.
Monitor in-process quality, finished product quality, and compliance with product specifications.
Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA through 8D and Why-Why Analysis.
Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP documents.
Monitor quality KPIs, customer rejection, PPM, and process improvement activities.
Ensure effective implementation of change management, risk assessment, and nonconforming product control.
Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D;,



and other departments for quality improvement.
Supervise QA personnel, conduct training, and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Drive continual improvement initiatives, Kaizen, and reduction of quality-related defects.

Required Skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, CAPA, and audits.
Robust analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Industry: Rubber Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Chemical Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹463,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
