KHP Remote FTE Pvt. Ltd. is a medical billing, revenue cycle management, and remote back-office staffing company serving US healthcare providers. We are looking for an experienced Google Sheets specialist to organize, connect, and automate the spreadsheets that run the administrative, clinical, and billing operations of one of our US behavioral health clients. Information is spread across several separate trackers; we want it consistent across them, free of duplicate entry, and available to management in accurate, up-to-date reports.

What you will do
Spreadsheet integration: Connect the client's existing Google Sheets so information is shared and updated across the appropriate trackers.
Data management: Improve how the client's spreadsheets are maintained and reconciled.
Information tracking: Link different sheets to flag missing information and upcoming tasks.
Automated reporting:



Create management dashboards and reports that give a explicit overview of operations.
Staff training: Train the client's administrative team to maintain and use the updated spreadsheets with confidence.

What we are looking for
Proven expertise in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, cross-sheet connections, data validation, and conditional formatting
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script and spreadsheet automation
Experience building automated dashboards and management reports
Transparent communicator who can document the work and teach non-technical staff

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
