We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team and drive monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate leads and manage customer follow-ups.
Coordinate site visits and support the team in closing deals.
Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
Train new team members and improve sales performance.
Maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Chennai real estate market knowledge is preferred.

Salary & Perks

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per mo

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
