Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the creative team and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual strategies for clients.
Review and approve designs, videos, and marketing content before delivery.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Production teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain creative standards, monitor team performance, and improve output based on client feedback.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
Relevant experience in creative management, advertising, digital marketing, or media production.
A solid portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaign work.

Required Skills
Leadership, team management, and task delegation.
Creative thinking, concept development, and problem-solving.
Knowledge of graphic design, video production, and digital marketing.
Robust communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
