Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales enquiries and leads.
Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and share quotations and product information.
Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in speaking with customers and handling sales discussions.
Positive convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Hindi and Gujarati communication preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
