Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, assist with seating, and provide menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Attend to customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Promote special dishes, Sadhya, and other menu items.
Transparent used plates and coordinate with cleaning staff for quick table turnover.
Maintain cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food safety standards.
Assist colleagues during peak hours and support daily restaurant operations.
Report customer complaints, service delays, and operational issues to the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills
Restaurant service experience preferred.




Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Valuable teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
