Assist customers in selecting laptops, desktops, accessories, and other IT products based on their requirements and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and available offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot common laptop-related issues.
Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and after-sales service requests.
Maintain product displays, stock records, and showroom cleanliness.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, and service updates.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
