Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Go/Golang development, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, database integration, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
Build scalable and reliable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.
Work with databases for data modeling, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Participate in application design, architecture discussions, development, code reviews, and deployments.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
Integrate backend services with internal and external systems.
Implement appropriate error handling, logging, monitoring,



and security practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure coding standards, unit testing, documentation, and best development practices are followed.

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of overall software development experience
Strong hands-on experience in Golang / Go
Solid experience in REST APIs and Microservices
Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go programming concepts
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Good understanding of Git and CI/CD practices
Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Valuable to Have
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka / RabbitMQ
Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
Experience with automated testing and unit testing frameworks
Exposure to observability tools, logging, and monitoring

Pay: ₹1.50 - ₹2.50 per month
