What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in purchase operations, procurement, or a related role.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of vendor management, purchase orders, inventory, and procurement processes.
Comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or procurement tools is an advantage.
A practical, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Vendors: Identify reliable suppliers, build solid working relationships, and coordinate with them for purchases and deliveries.
Negotiate and Save Costs: Discuss pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors to get the best value for Robocraze.
Plan Purchases: Understand our product and inventory requirements and help ensure that the right products are available when needed.
Manage Purchase Orders: Create and process purchase orders,



follow up on approvals, and track orders until delivery.
Keep Things Organised: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor details, invoices, agreements, and other procurement documents.
Support Inventory Planning: Coordinate with the relevant teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and avoid delays or shortages.
Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with our operations, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth purchasing and timely fulfilment.
Ensure Product Quality: Coordinate with the concerned teams to verify that received products meet the required quality standards.
Resolve Issues: Follow up with suppliers on delayed deliveries, discrepancies, and other purchase-related concerns.
Look for Better Ways to Work: Track market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help improve our purchasing processes.
