Build and lead our TMT & Steel Products business from scratch, focusing on B2B/institutional customers.
Drive sales, key accounts and business development.
Build customer and dealer network across Maharashtra.
Develop and manage large B2B/institutional accounts.
Build and lead the sales team.
Own revenue, pricing, margins and growth.
Preferred: Experience with JSW One / JSW Steel, OfBusiness or similar B2B steel/industrial-material platforms, with robust industry relationships.
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra | Open to candidates from Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Delhi NCR willing to relocate.
Compensation: Competitive + Incentives + ESOP prospect.
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
