We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Service Call Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and possess robust communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Service call coordination and management
Preparing and maintaining service reports
Bills and invoice management
Customer follow-up and support
Handling service-related enquiries and generating leads
Promoting our services on social media platforms
Requirements:
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Robust knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic understanding of social media promotions
Prior experience in service coordination will be an added advantage
