Experience: 2–5 Years in Team Handling (Diagnostics sales experience preferred)
Role: B2C Sales Team Leader
Key Focus: Team Management | Sales Targets | Conversions | Performance
What you’ll do:
Lead and motivate the sales team
Drive daily/monthly sales targets
Monitor team performance and KPIs
Coach team members on sales & objection handling
Manage escalations and support closures
What we’re looking for:
BPO/Tele-sales experience
Team-handling experience
Robust communication & leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
