Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through various sources.
Connect with potential clients and understand their financial requirements.
Promote and explain the company's financial products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain proper client records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream.




1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds or Financial Services will be preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
