Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide day-to-day support to senior management. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Track tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative requirements.
Use AI tools and MS Office to improve work efficiency.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.




Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini is an advantage.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional attitude, reliability, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualities
Proactive, dependable, and well-organized.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Comfortable working closely with senior management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities professionally.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
