Job Description: Account Executive – Accounts & Data Entry

Location: Thaltej, Near Metro Station, Ahmedabad
Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle online payment entries, bank reconciliation, data entry, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of MS Excel, accuracy in maintaining financial records, and basic accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle online payment processing and maintain payment records.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify bank transactions.
Enter daily financial transactions and payment details into the system.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and bank entries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
Maintain Excel sheets, trackers, and other accounting-related data.
Verify transaction details and identify discrepancies.




Coordinate with the accounts team for payment-related queries.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of records.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation and online payments.
Strong data entry and record-maintenance skills.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and Excel-based data management.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in computer operations.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate with relevant accounting or data entry knowledge.
