Urgent opening for Purchase Executive - Import

Location: Muvattupuzha

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: 25,000-30,000
Complete knowledge on the end to end process of NES/ Engineering/ Construction/ National/ Import/ Vehicle/Canteen/ IT purchase activities.
Verify the PR for duly authorization from production director (competent authority) while it's been received from the store dept. for purchasing a row material or equipment.
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs after checking the stock consumption details in the SAP system.
Placing enquiry with suppliers for best rate
Placing sample enquiry and purchase of sample materials.
Do verification of the Pl from the suppliers regarding the quantity, quality,



price and lead time of the shipment and the payment terms as well.
Take approval from HOD and CMD for placing the order.
Research potential vendors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal database with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
