We're looking for a result-driven Performance marketing executive with experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, audience research and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring and optimising digital advertising campaigns to drive quality leads, improve conversions and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market research.
Develop effective campaign strategies to generate quality leads for website development and digital marketing services.
Set campaign objectives, budgets, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Optimize campaigns to reduce lead costs and improve advertising performance.
Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and recent campaign features.





Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead generation, campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and budget planning.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience generating leads for IT services, website development, or digital marketing agencies.
Knowledge of landing page optimisation and A/B testing.
Ability to explain campaign performance using data rather than assumptions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
