We are looking for a confident International BPO Executive to handle customer calls, respond to queries, provide service-related assistance, and maintain professional communication with international customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound or outbound international customer calls.
Respond to customer queries professionally.
Provide accurate information about products or services.
Record customer interactions in the system.
Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them when necessary.




Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Meet assigned performance and quality targets.
