Responsibilities
Prepare the operation theatre, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
Assist surgeons and anaesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties as assigned and according to competency.
Maintain strict aseptic techniques and sterile fields throughout surgical procedures.
Check the availability and functioning of OT equipment, instruments, and supplies.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments in coordination with the CSSD team.
Monitor patient safety and assist with patient positioning and transfer.
Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care.
Perform surgical instrument, needle, and sponge counts in accordance with hospital protocols.




Monitor and document relevant patient care activities and surgical records accurately.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and other healthcare specialists.
Ensure the OT is cleaned, prepared, and ready for subsequent procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operation Theatre (OT) is preferred.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
